WiFI intermittently drops Internet connection

WiFI intermittently drops the internet. The icon on the Task Manager tray shows connected but no internet. I tried using HP Support Assistance and troubleshooted the Network. It did reset the Realtek adapter card driver but issue still persists. Do I need to try any other steps or seek service desk helps?

Hi:

See if updating the wifi and Bluetooth drivers to their latest versions, resolves the problem.

Restart the PC after installing the drivers.

Thanks for the suggestion. I updated the LAN adpater driver to latest version and seems the issue is resolved.
