Where did you buy your machine ?

Its specs:

             https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06926740

It has Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 (2x2) and Bluetooth® 5 combo (Supporting Gigabit file transfer speeds) wifi adapter. Please try new drivers (item #3 and #1) on the following link, only around 1 week old:

             https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/189347/intel-wifi-6-ax200-gig/downloads.html

Did you read my very first link ?  Now,

  • uninstall EVERYTHING of wifi adapter(s),
  • reboot machine,
  • right click downloaded files (one by one) and run as administrator.
  • reboot again

Sounds like you did not buy your machine from an authorized shop.
