HP ENVY m4-1015dx Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

The Network Adapter Ralink RT5390R 802.11 bgn on Windows 8.1 has stopped functioning well. I have followed the guidelines inclduing Unstalling the Adapter, reboot, Install it again and reboot and the Adapter ocassionally works well for about 30 minutes and then it stops functioning. My laptop is HP ENVY m4-1015dx Notebook PC. Please Help!

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the driver to a newer version than the one listed on your notebook's support page...

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the MediaTek (Ralink) Wireless LAN (WLAN) Controller in the supported notebook models that are running the supported operating systems.
