Microsoft Windows 11

My Realtek 8852CE WiFi 6E PCI-E NIC network adapter keeps disconnecting on its own. My WiFi option shows no available networks, and I've tried all sorts of fixes for this issue but it's only ever temporary, it would usually go back to that same issue after about 30 minutes, sometimes can work for hours and then start the issue again.

Please I'd appreciate any help on this.

Thank you!

It's hard to say.

Those Realtek cards are notoriously lousy performing cards, and if you replace it, the new one would probably do the same thing.

Realtek updates their Wi-Fi drivers often looking for ways to fix the connection issues the cards have.

I don't understand why HP uses that brand Wi-Fi adapter.

The have been unreliable for years...long before their Wi-Fi 6 cards came out.

If it becomes increasingly intolerable, I recommend you try replacing the Realtek Wi-Fi 6E card for this Intel Wi-Fi 6E card:

Intel AX210 Wi-Fi 6E 2x2 AX + Bluetooth 5.2 M.2 2230 non-vPro   HP part # / SPS # M27269-005.

Here's the service teardown video:

In a couple of months, no doubt Realtek will have released updated drivers again.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Wi-Fi driver to the latest version HP has for the Realtek 8852CE Wi-Fi adapter:

 6001.16.162.0

Thank you so much!
It works fine now. I appreciate your effort.

You're very welcome.

On second thoughts, I guess it's still not completely fixed, occurred again just a few minutes ago. So I guess I can never be sure.
I'm guessing it might be a hardware issue, I don't know for sure.

Thanks, once again! 🙏
I'll probably get to one of the HP service centers around to see if I can replace the card if the issue persists next year.

Anytime.

Glad to have been of assistance.
