HP Pavilion Aero 13.3 inch Laptop PC 13-be0000 (3B3W3AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello HP Support Team

My laptop is HP Pavillion Aero Laptop 13-be0206AU

my laptop is Under Warranty

From the last 6 months,  My WiFi Connection keeps getting disconnected for no reason!!

Wifi Driver details.png

I have WiFi in my Home and connect to it and whenever I connect to WiFi and Use the Internet for a 1hour plus,

My Laptop WiFi Automatically gets Disconnected

1: It shows a "Globe Icon" and when I click on it...in hope of reconnecting to my WiFi Network, It shows "No WiFi Networks" even When My WiFi at my home is Switched On and Working Fine!

like What ???

2: "The Only Solution which I found" is whenever it Happens " I will restart my Laptop and It Works normally after that". I am very Annoyed with this, My laptop is Very New Not even 1 year has completed!! Like Seriously What is this ??

I am a very busy Person, and I thought there are some Updates pending, So these many days I thought an Update will get the issue fixed, but Nothing is Working for me!!

Even Today I tried to Update My driver from HP Support Assistant and the Update Failed!! I have taken a Screenshot of it ☝️

I seriously want a Solution to this

It's very annoying, in the middle of work it creates these issues for me 😞

I hope anybody helps me 🙂

Thank you

Hi:

See if manually updating the driver to the version I zipped up and attached below resolves the problem.

6001.10.351.0

Download and unzip the driver I attached to its folder.

Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

Go to the device manager.

Click to expand the Network adapters device manager category.

Click on the Realtek Wi-Fi adapter.  Click on the driver tab.

Click on Update driver.

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.

Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

Then restart the PC.

You probably already had the latest driver installed.

This is a peer-to-peer forum.

I don't work for or represent HP, so you will need to contact HP support in India and submit a support case under the warranty.
