HP Hotkey Support and HP Collaboration Keyboard are installed.

The rest of the Function buttons work fine.

I can be paranoid, but please try the following: Open Google Chrome go to search and press this wonderful button F11 - Your screen should tear - that is, your Google Chrome itself should open in full screen, if all the same happened - Only one way out - You need to get this from a Friend. This module if any other series is also suitable, or contact the nearest service center to check the module for performance - I mean, you need to insert another Wi-Fi module into your laptop and see how it will show itself - after this click on the wound button F11, you have 2 circumstances — or the button is broken, you broke it or the module burned out. Please write what you did and what you did - what I advised you.

Hi.

The F11 key works fine as does the WiFi and bluetooth module. The only issue is that the F11 key does not switch on Airplane mode.

My friend G4 has a separate button. The question is, can you return BIOS to factory settings? and give a princreen of the screen where you have the equipment installed. Try to go into the BIOS and from where try to change the brightness of the screen - I think it should work like the SHIFT key or Nam Lock - It works, try to unsubscribe - Well, also return the BIOS to the factory settings, maybe there’s something to do.
