WiFi adapter has disappeared:

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion x360

 

Product: F9J18UA#ABA

Serial: [Personal Information Removed]

Model: 11-N010dx
My WiFi adapter has disappeared. The wireless adapter is not listed. I ran a System Quick Test; the following message appear:

Wireless Module Check: not installed.

Ethernet works sometimes. Please suggest a solution to this problem.

I have the same issue. They broke again something? After the bios update.

Try performing system Restore to the unit working date. The below document will help.

Try installing this driver and see if that helps:

Check in the devices manager network card and download the right one 

 

 

MediaTek (Ralink) Bluetooth Software Driver

 

Realtek RTL8723BE/RTL8188EE 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN Drivers
