Product: HP Notebook - 15-db1069au
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello guys, Today I bought a new Hp laptop. It's model is HP Notebook - 15-db1069au. It has ryzen 3 3200u processor plus 4gb ram plus window 10 home 64 bit.

It connects to my WiFi router but says no internet access. All other devices like my another laptop, my friends laptop, my smartphone do not have such problem. They are working just fine without any issue. But this new laptop has the problem. 

Please let me know if you have any solution.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to update the wifi and Bluetooth drivers to their latest versions and restart the PC.
