I would like to know is my hp notebook model elitebook 8560p has a BIOS whitelist  for wifi ?

I need to upgrade to itel dualband 7260hwm ac .

and if there are whitelist please give me this list and which one from the list is best

Your laptop uses only Intel Core 2d gen processors so irt very likely has a whitelist. HP has never specified which models do and do not have a BIOS whitelist, nor published the actual whitelist. However, you can safely use any adapter listed in the Service Manual, as long as it is the HP Part number version of the card.

See pp. 76-78. The best card listed there is this one:
