Product: HP Split 13 x 2 PC

Hello, I need help connecting to the internet. My HP Split is getting old, but all of a sudden I have lost internet access...even the option of WiFi and I have NO IDEA how to get it back!! I have done troubleshooting and restarted/ restored it but it’s like the option for WiFi or even Ethernet have been completely erased from this computer...if possible please help!!

I have gone through your Post and I understand your concerns

 

Since both Ethernet and WiFi is not working I suggest you perform a Reset
