HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer

I am trying to connect my printer to WiFi. In the setup process, it "sees" several networks from my neighbors but not mine. I have a 5G and a 2.4G network. I have tried resetting the wireless router (TP Link Archer AX50), resetting the printer to factory defaults, and it still only recognizes all my neighbor's wifi networks.

@michaelrroop

Can other devices in your house see your 2.4GHz SSID ?

Regards.

Yes, my printer is the only device having this problem.
