I have been trying to get my wifi to work for a few days now. It was working perfectly at home for many weeks and then randomly it starts disconnecting and reconnecting intermittently, very badly. I've tried most of these solutions.
I've restarted the modem
I've restarted the laptop itself
I've tried to install new drivers (no updates available)
I've tried to find the power issue but that seems like an outdated solution.
I've gone to previous drivers.
My phone hot spot works but obviously slowly. The home wifi connects with all other devices.
There seems to be no reason for this.
I used the camera function to film a presentation and since then it's karked it.
Not happy. Please help me fix without some sort of solution that requires downloading a driver on phone hotspot...

@Julia30 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are facing wifi connectivity issues.
Here's a related HP Forums post that seems to have helped others: Click here
I have a few steps to resolve the issue:
-
Since you've already reinstalled drivers, I would recommend using an Ethernet cable (Wired) and update your Wi-Fi drivers using this link
-
Update the bios by visiting this link or through support assistant using an Ethernet cable.
-
Now try to connect to the internet wireless.
The best way to resolve the issue is by using the HP Guided Troubleshooter:
Click here to access it (simply select your description of the issue from the bottom of the screen to gain access to the next set of steps that should resolve your concern).
