Hi,
Hope you can help.
My laptop disconnects its WiFi randomly.
This suddenly happened. It just showed the little computer with the red cross over it. I could not find any WiFi symbol anywhere op the device it just disappeared completely from my task bar and device manager.
I then downloaded new drivers from the HP website, but the problem still persists. I get it connected on WiFi but it disconnects by itself 10 - 15 minutes later and then the WiFi symbol on the task bar has the red cross over it and then it changes back to the computer with red cross symbol. When I select the troubleshoot link it just tells me to connect to a internet cable.
How do I fix this...?
