I have this strange problem recently with my WiFi. It works sometimes without any problems and sometimes the WiFi is not detected and the icon doesn't show up in Action Center. It also doesn't show up in Device Manager.
And then I restart my laptop, and it all works out of all sudden. I've been facing this problem since many days. The only solution I've when this problem occurs is to restart.
On some occasions, even if the icon shows, no networks are detected. I tried many times turning it off and on again. But no networks detected. Again, the only solution is to restart.
