(1) Run msinfo32
- Select <System Summary>:

(2) Start Windows <Device Manager>
- Expand <Network adapters>
- Expand <Other devices> ? (Those entries are for hardware for which Windows has not loaded a suitable driver)

Thak you for your concern and kindness
About my problem, i tried to do your instructions,
Initally, my laptop language is Turkish, i tried to change it to English but i could not;
1- i have written msinfo32 and opened system information, there is a notice it means " cannot collect information" therefore i could not collect further information
2-i have opened 'device manager' then 'network adapters, there are three devices ' Bluetooth device (personal area network), Interl(R) Fual Band Wireless- AC7265, Realtek PCle GBE Family Controller'
What can i do furthermore?

(1) Use another "online" Windows computer to visit --->>> Intel Wi-Fi Site
- Download WiFi-22.190.0-Driver64-Win10-Win11.exe to <USB flash drive>
(2) Use <USB Flash drive> on your current "offline" notebook
- Install Intel driver WiFi-22.190.0-Driver64-Win10-Win11.exe
(3) Restart Windows
(4) Please report back

I hope you are well
I have tried your instructions, i feel it is close to a solution but there is a problem.
I have downloaded the .exe file you have suggested, ihave extracted on my 'ofisine ' computer, i started it, an " installation error" occured, that notification sent me to a notepad file i am sharing screens about it, i wish you can help,

(1) Please check <Windows integrity> Part 1
Open cmd.exe (right click) as administrator and execute:
chkdsk /f c: ( Answer question with Y=Yes ) |
(2) Restart Windows and let chkdsk do the work at startup
(3) Please check <Windows integrity> Part 2
Open cmd.exe (right click) as administrator and execute:
sfc /scannow
msdt.exe /id WindowsUpdateDiagnostic
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth |
(4) Please report your results ( of each command )

I followed your instructions, these are my results;
1. I have started sfc / scannow
and a Windows update opened

2. I let the restart process, it has completed its work but nothing changed
3. I did the commands in order
