Hi, I have installed the WiFi and Bluetooth driver but ofowhich WiFi still not working.

And after installation only Bluetooth driver is showing under network adapters in Device Manager.

Drivers showing under are as follows:

1. Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network)

2. 2.Bluetoo Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI)

3. 3.Realt PCIe FE Family Controller

These three only are there.

 

Though Railing RT3290 802.11bgn WiFi adaptor is in programs under control panel.

Please help me in this regards.

Your machine came with FreeDOS actually. Please download and install the following drivers for Windows 7:

 

1. Wired LAN

 

             https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp69501-70000/sp69612.exe

 

2. Wireless: the following one may help:

 

            https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66001-66500/sp66088.exe

 

3. Bluetooh: the following one may help:

 

         https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp69501-70000/sp69545.exe

Thank for the reply, but I know that and I have downloaded and installed the same. But the problem is still the same.

And some other drivers are also not installing on my device such as of Intel graphic driver it says that software not installed properly. I have tried many times but the problem still persist.

Your Ralink wifi card is missing from the device manager.

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the HP connection manager software for W7, restart the PC and see if you can turn on the wifi by using the software controls.

If that fails to get the wifi to show up, most likely the wifi portion of the Ralink wifi/bluetooth adapter has died on you and the card would need to be replaced.
