Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The WiFi on my laptop keeps getting disconnected while same network is perfectly working on my official laptop, Android phones and iPhones... checked the drivers and seems everything is fine...need help

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to see if updating the wifi and Bluetooth drivers to their latest versions and restarting the PC, resolves the problem.

Sorry that the updated drivers didn't work.

 

I suggest you roll back the driver or use the latest one on your notebook's support page, which is older than the ones I gave you.

 

If your notebook is still under warranty, I recommend that you contact HP technical support in your country and submit a support case under the warranty.
