Hp ProBook 450 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Now I have windows 10 build 1903, the problem starts with earlier versions and keep happening.

whenever I connect the Ethernet cable the WiFi is turned off, I can't enable Hotspot, when I try to turn Wifi again manually, it turned on for few seconds (3-5 seconds) and then turned off again.

I tried the following solutions

I disabled the LAN/WLAN switch in the BIOS.

I removed the Intel driver and kept the Windows driver (which worked for a while and then happened again)

I'm connected to a Company server, but I think it has nothing to do with it, because this problem happens even when I connect my USB modem

I updated the BIOS to the latest version

Hi:

Since you have already disabled the LAN/WLAN switching option in the BIOS, there is one more thing you need to do...

Go to the Windows control panel>system & security>administrative tools> services.

Stop the "HP LAN/WLAN/WWAN Switching UWP Service" and change the startup to manual.

Now both the WIFI and ETHERNET should work at the same time.

it seems that you have wide experience, do you recommend to install Hp hotkey, and Hp wireless button support or not

You're very welcome.

Yes, I recommend you install both the Hotkey support software and the Wireless button driver.
