My device 

HP Pavilion x360 14 Convertible PC 14-dy1000 (436S6AV)

disconnects the WiFi when I got to University I should restart it to connect to the WiFi again. I did gave my laptop to a service center they changed the driver (hardware) but no use.

I see that you are facing an issue with your PC.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to troubleshoot the issue.

 

Refer to the steps on this link to update the BIOS and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Make sure you keep only the charger plugged in while updating the BIOS for your PC.

Click on the + sign next to BIOS and then download the file.

Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
