Hello,
I've got my laptop HP 15s-fq2060ur (3Y1S4EA) just yesterday and have issues with the connection from the very start of the use. I use wifi and it drops every 5-10 min. In order to use it again, i have to every time reconnect to it. Now it had dropped completely until I rebooted my PC. For now it shows that there's internet connection, though no web pages load. There are two laptops in the appartment, both using wifi for internet, and I face issues only on this new one. Any ideas?
Best regards

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if updating the wifi driver to the latest version resolves the problem.
This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8188EE, RTL8723BE, RTL8723DE, RTL8821CE, RTL8822BE, RTL8822CE, and RTL8852AE wireless LAN Controller in the supported computer models running a supported Windows 10 or Windows 10 Cloud operating system.

If you don't have internet, download the file from another PC, copy it to a USB flash drive, plug the flash drive into your 15s-fq2060ur notebook, and run the file that way.
