New-ish laptop, nothing has changed and it's been working fine for the last 2 months, but a few days ago the WiFi icon started losing internet and showing a yellow warning sign for 30-60 seconds at a time on and off throughout the day. It instantly works again when I disconnect and reconnect. I don't think it happens with my phone which is connected to the same network.
I ran troubleshooting and reinstalled the adapter but it's still happening. I reported it to my ISP but they seem to think it's the laptop and I'm inclined to agree but maybe it's something else? I am unable to try a USB adapter and I can't plug it into ethernet.
Any ideas please?

Hi @ajedo
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the connectivity issue.
Let's try these steps -
Step 1 Network Troubleshooter -
1) In the search box, type and open "Troubleshooter".
2) Click on "Network and Internet".
3) Click on "Internet Connections".
Step 2 Run Network commands -
1) In the search box on the taskbar, type Command prompt, press and hold (or right-click) Command prompt, and then select Run as administrator > Yes.
2) At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your connection problem:
Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
Step 3 Re-install the Network Adapter -
1) In the search box on the taskbar, type Device Manager, and then select Device Manager from the list of results.
2) In Device Manager, select Network adapters > the network adapter name.
3) Right-click on the network adapter, and then select Uninstall device > Delete the driver software for this device check box > Uninstall.
4) Restart the computer.

Let's try testing the hardware using these steps -
1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
3. On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.
4. Click Extensive Test.
Keep me posted.

Thank you but the problem persists, everything is reinstalled and updated
I found the HP PC Hardware Tests App on my laptop too so I decided to run this...

I don't know what this means and no error code given either

Since the wireless Module Test failed, this is a Hardware issue and the WiFi card needs to be replaced
