WiFi network adapter not displayed after Windows 11 ISO bootable USB install

I installed WIndows 11 from a bootable USB stick, creating a local account. No wifi network adapter is displayed in the device manager. I performed the following:

• View - show hidden devices, Scan for hardware changes
• cmd> netsh winsock reset  , then rebooted
• Used the Add Hardware Wizard to add: 3Com Dual Port 10/100/1000 PCI-X Server NIC (which now displays under network adapters. Windows says: This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required.)

I'm not sure why Windows doesn't provide this Broadcom driver?

Is this driver generic for my HP laptop?

Could someone provide a link for me to get the driver?

Looks like many of those model PCs come with a MT7902 Wi-Fi 6E adapter:

Below is the link to the latest driver HP currently has for that model wifi adapter.

Uninstall the 3Com Dual Port 10/100/1000 PCI-X Server NIC driver because that is an add on network card for a desktop PC and would not even fit in your notebook.
