I had the wifi option the other day and now it is completely gone no where to be found at all. And I have literally tried EVERYTHING!!! no matter what I do it keeps telling me my Ethernet cable is "damaged" or "not plugged in" I DONT USE CABLES!!! so how am I to fix this cause I need my laptop ASAP! And I hate sending it in to get fixed!

@TwiztidxStar Welcome to HP Community!
Have you run a wireless card test on your computer?
Download and install the HP Hardware diagnostics tool from this link.
Once installed, shut down your computer.
Wait for a minute.
Turn the computer On and keep tapping F2 repeatedly on startup to enter system diagnostics.
Select the component test and run a wireless test on your computer.
Refer to this HP Article for assistance.
If the test fails or does not detect the wireless card, it could be faulty.
Let me know how that pans out,
