I have the following problem. If I connect the laptop to internet with the LAN cable I have a download speed of around 25 Mbps (optimal since I have a 30 Mbps fiber connection). If I connect in WiFi the download speed is about 3/4 Mbps while the upload speed is about 4/5 Mbps.
There must be a problem on my Laptop because if I connect to the same wifi network with cellalars or another laptop I get download speeds of the order of 20 Mbps.

Your machine only has 802.11b/g/n (1x1) and Bluetooth 4.0 combo (Miracast compatible) wifi adapter
therefore its download speed is about right.
It has Integrated 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet LAN therefore you can get much faster when using LAN connection.
Regards.
