I recently upgraded my WiFi to 150mb. All other devices in the house are getting close to that speed but this laptop only connects at 40mb. It is under warranty and presently with the retailer for repair, this after they forced me to do a complete operating system reset before they would accept there was a fault. My research indicates that this is a problem with the Realtek WiFi device in the laptop and that HP are covering it up, as are the retailers. I am not impressed! What do other users think of HP support, or the lack of it?
