Hi @TK2961,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're having issues connecting your HP DeskJet 2755e printer to Wi-Fi. Here are the steps you can follow to resolve the connection problems:

Using the HP App

  1. Download the HP App: Install the HP App – For HP Printers, Laptops, and Tech Accessories | HP® Official Site on your computer or mobile device.

  2. Enable Wi-Fi setup mode: Press and hold the Cancel and Wireless buttons on the printer control panel simultaneously for three seconds. This will enable wireless setup mode, indicated by the blinking wireless light.

  3. Connect via HP App:

    • Open the HP app and select "Add Printer" to find the printer.
    • Select the printer and follow the on-screen instructions to connect it to the Wi-Fi network.

Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)

  1. Check WPS availability: Ensure your router supports WPS.

  2. Initiate WPS Mode: On the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for three seconds until it starts blinking.

  3. Press WPS Button on Router: Press and hold the WPS button on the router within two minutes to establish a connection.

General Troubleshooting Tips

  • Network Configuration: Ensure the printer and your device are on the same Wi-Fi network.

  • Router Reboot: Restart your router to reset the connection.

  • Printer Reset: Turn off the printer, unplug it for 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

  • Wireless Report: Print a Wireless Network Test Report from the printer's control panel to check for any connectivity issues.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
