Having WiFi internet issues with this laptop ever since bought it. I keep losing the WiFi Connection every few minutes.

All other devices in the same WiFi are working fine.

Have to disconnect and reconnect everytime it happens. Tried running all diagnostics and updating the drivers but it did not help.  There is definitely some problem with this network card hardware or drivers. Please help.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

hp wireless windows 10

I suggest you download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=va_r602_us/en/any/psg/p...

HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook

  1. Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.

Click Updates in the My notebook pane

  2. Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.

Updates list in HP Support Center

  3. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.

  4. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.

  5. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

Also ensure Windows is up to date.

Select the Start  button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available

I have the same crap with Intel`s adapter. It started after HP`s service replaced electronics along with broken keyboard...

Honestly I had it before at desktop, and Intel just sent me a working board. and it was fixed. But I had a warranty from Intel, which is hard solid, and processed without long talks and dodging.

Modern "quality" standards make me cry.

Thanks @KrazyToad

I have the latest version of HP Support Assistant already installed and all software drivers are up todate.

Windows 10 is also latest ( Version 1909)

The wifi still keeps disconnecting every few minutes and is very annoying.

The RealTek RTL8723DE driver is Version 2024.0.10.209  and Date is 04-12-2019

I believe this is pretty old version and "HP Support Assistant" is not able to detect and upgrade it. Please share me an updated driver for this. I tried downloading from Realtek site but it did not install.

Appreciate your help !
