Hi:
In the device manager, is there a device labeled as a Network Controller listed under an Other Devices category?
If so, that is the wireless card that needs a driver installed.
As you can see, there are many different wireless card drivers listed on the support page.
The only way to find the right one you need is to know who makes it.
Please post the hardware ID for the device you see listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller, and then I will post the link to the driver you need for it.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID.

Hi:
It is a known issue with that model wifi card and W10.
What I would do if I were you, would be to replace the wifi card with the best one you can get for your notebook.
If you have, or plan to get an AC router...
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0 HP part # 710661-001
If you have a dual band wireless N router...
Intel Dual Band Wireless-N 7260AN 802.11 a/b/g/n 2x2 WiFi + BT4.0 HP part # 717381-001
Either card is readily available on Amazon or eBay and have W10 driver support.
You can probably pick one up for less than $25 new and less for used but tested and working,
Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.
If you want to do that, make sure you uninstall the Meditek wifi card and driver in the device manager, and do the same for the Mediatek bluetooth device. Check the uninstall driver box.
Check the windows control panel>progrems, and uninstall any Mediatek bluetooth software showing up there.
Then shut down your PC, unplug it and remove the battery and install your new wireless card.
Consult the 450 G1 service manual for the wifi card removal and replacement procedures. Chapter 5, starting on page 47.

Unfortunately, youu will have to live with it.
I assume you installed the W10 Mediatek/Ralink wifi driver on your notebook's support page?
If, so there is nothing more you can do, which is why I recommend you replace the wifi card.
