Hi!

 

The problem i am facing is,internet connection is can't connect to my laptop. I tried updating the driver software several times,still facing the same problem, still internet is lost in between but the wifi icon shows full range.my other devices does not have this issue on wifi.

 

Kindly help me out on this issue,what should i do?

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to 'forget' the established wifi network, and re-establish it.

Sadly there are no  wifi network there. Also that problem happen to all wifi network, not only 1 network, even my hotspot can't connect with my laptop.

Under those circumstances there must be a major OS and/or software issue.

 

I suggest that you back up any files you need to save and do a factory reset of the notebook.

 

If that doesn't work then there is a hardware issue with the wifi card.
