Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d4000 (4C802AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Just Bought the laptop 2 months ago and since then am facing huge issues with WIfi and NO Audio. Hp customer care guy said Audio Driver is problematic and scheduled Engineer for repair work. Am very dissatisfied and Frustrated with Hp laptop. Feeling that i am cheated, Wifi doesn't show up and when i try to access it through the bottom panel, sometimes becomes unresponsive. Please Help

Hi, I just noticed you are using Windows 11. A customer here also complained about the audio driver when he upgraded from windows 10 to 11.

 

Your laptop must have come pre-installed with Windows 11, but whatever the case, Windows 11 drivers are very problematic.

 

Your best and smart option will be to install windows 10 on your system till windows 11 can get better with time,
