Hello all,
Several months back I began experiencing connection issues with my HP Envy x360 laptop, purchased in October of 2020. Often, multiple times during the week, the wifi would cut out and the only way to restore it would be to restart my laptop. I was in a college dorm at the time, so I reasoned that it could simply be the faulty connection on campus. However, now that I'm back home, I still get these disconnection issues. I have looked into several causes, such as checking if my network drivers are up to date, and if there is a power management option that shuts down the PC to conserve power, for which there is but altering it changed nothing. I have run countless troubleshoots to see if there is an issue yet nothing comes up, I have even done a PC reset to see if that solves the problem. I am beginning to suspect it is a hardware problem. This is my second time posting about this problem, but advice and help would be appreciated.
