Product: Pavilion 15-cw1xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My laptop doesn't show any network at 2.4GHz but has no problem at 5GHz.
this might be a HP problem as my other 2.4GHz devices connect just fine.
more so you can understand: I have a router that has dual band (2.4GHz and 5GHz) when it's on
1. 2.4GHz I to have bring my laptop within 10 cm from my router so I can find it on wifi networks list and when I go any farther I lost the connection.
2. 5GHz I face no problem and when I go to another room I can find the network and works fine.
I tried to use Another driver same issue appeared again .
