Help someone, please!  So, my HP Stream Laptop will not recognize my wifi at all.  But, when I take it somewhere else, the connections show up & work just fine!  What should I do?  I've tried resetting but it keeps saying I don't have enough space & I don't know how to fix that problem either!!  I'm not sure what the OS of my laptop so I'm sorry I don't give you much to go on.  But can someone help me with this? (It's not my wifi either. )

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand the HP laptop is not connecting to the home network.  to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • Are you able to connect other devices to your home network?
  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824

As your computer can connect and work with different networks, you may consider checking your home networking connection.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
