Product: HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-ep0000 (730S6AV)

I contacted Microsoft Support multiple times about slow internet, and lag. They finally come to a conclusion of my laptop having an issue with my wifi driver,  saying i need to contact HP.  How do I fix it?
