I am having issues trying to fix my Wi-fi driver on my laptop. When I use the troubleshoot function, it says
'The Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 160MHz adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware related problems.'
So I went into device manager, and it does have the caution symbol on that driver, however when I go to update it, it says windows already has the most up to date driver, it says this even when I restarted and when I reset my laptop.
I found the driver download link on the Intel website, downloaded it onto a computer with Wi-Fi access, transferred it onto my laptop and installed it, it says install completed successfully but there is still no Wi-Fi access and the same issues with the driver.
I even went back into Device Manager, selected the faulty driver> update driver> manually select and tried to update it this way but that doesn't work either! it just says 'The best drivers for your device are already installed!!!.
My laptop is less than a year old and I need it for schoolwork but I really don't know what to do! any help is appreciated.
