See if this driver works.  Try manually installing the driver if the auto install method doesn't work...

I'm not surprised.

 

Server 2008 64 bit is equivalent to Vista 64 bit, and I was hoping the Vista 64 bit driver would work.

 

Here is a partial copy and paste of the Vista 64 bit driver setup information file, which shows support for the hardware ID you posted.

So, if that driver didn't work, no other driver on this planet will.  That was the last Vista driver released.

 

The problem is there are no USB wifi adapters that I know of that would work on any Windows Server OS.
