Hello,

I am using a HP Pavillion x360 Convertible 15-3r1xxx. My device has intermittent problems connecting to Wifi. Sometimes after restarting/sleeping, the Wifi icon disappears and I am unable to even search for Wifi networks, let alone connect to one. It says there may be a problem with the drivers. Under the network adapter hardware I have:

Name: Local Area Connection #1

Description: Microsoft Wi-fi Direct Virtual Adapter

MAC Address: (not writing the MAC address here)

Status: Not operational

The second local area connection hardware reads identically to the first.

Shutting down the computer and restarting fixes the problem about 15% of the time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
