Hello Members,
I have been using HP ENVY Notebook - 15-k239tx (Touch) with Windows 10 64bit and facing issues with WIFI network. It gets disconnected and internet stops working. I have to disable the network card and reenable it and it starts working perfectly. At the same moment I'm using Jabra Elite 65t Bluetooth earbuds and when this error occurs the Bluetooth device stops working as well and after reenabling the Wifi the sound is breaking and I have to reconnect the earbuds or sometime stops using it.
This is making my life hard as if the internet stops working during the business call then I get completely disconnected from the voice as well. Also we play minecraft on local networking and sometimes I get disconnected from the server and I have to disconnect or disable the Wifi and then reconnect inorder to get smooth playing experience.
According to HP Assistant all the drives are updated (2015) but I installed "TweakBit Driver Updater" and it's showing me a lot of drivers which require updates. Please guide me on this issue.
Kind Regards

I suggest you reinstall the Wireless driver from Device Manager
- Select the Start button, type Device Manager, and select it from the list of results.
- Look for Network Adapters and expand the List
- Look for Wireless driver then right-click it, and select Update Driver.
- Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
- If these steps don't work, try reinstalling the driver: Open Device Manager, right-click the Wireless driver and select Uninstall. Restart your PC and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.
Also ensure Windows has all the latest updates and download the BIOS from this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available
Keep me posted how it goes 😊
