HP Recommended

I have a HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D120AV).  Over the period of ownership, I noticed that occasionally when I use my home wifi connection or ethernet cord connection the signal drops. I recall hearing something that HP has been aware of the problem. I can update the drivers. When I try to update the drivers for the Realtek RTL882CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter, Windows give me a message that the drivers are up to date. How can this issue be solved.  I appreciate some input.

HP Recommended

The only suggestion I can offer if you do not have the latest driver version installed would be to install it and see if it helps.

 

The latest driver version HP currently has for that model Wi-Fi adapter is 2024.10.231.0.
