Hi. I'm using Ubuntu 18.04, few days ago my HP Pavilion g6 laptop got freeze and after rebooting my wifi didn't work. I've tried all various forums for ubuntu support, but none of the solutions worked for me.
Wifi adapter is not recognized by OS. Have no idea, if hw is broken, or it's something else.
Thanks for your help.

In my case, there was a loose connection. Reconnecting the wire solved my issue.

Помогите решить данную проблему.
Переустановка винду не помогла.
Сетевой адаптер удалял, не видет ни одной точки Wi-Fi

Hello, I said reseat and not reset. Remove the back cover of the laptop and locate the wireless card module. Unplug it from the interface connector, blow dust out of the interface connector and replug the wireless card module and check again
