Please I tried to download drivers for wifi, Bluetooth and others drivers on the HP website but it was not available on the website. Please don't know where I can download them. Please kindly help me to get the right drivers for my HP laptop. Thank u

Hi:

 

When the Wi-Fi adapter needs a driver, there will be a device listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller.

 

Post the hardware ID for the Network Controller and I will post the link to the Wi-Fi driver you need for it.

How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager (howtogeek.com)

 

Kindly post the full model number or product number of your CQ57 notebook as there are several hundred different models.

 

Also be aware that no CQ57 notebook is supported with W10 drivers from HP, so it may be possible the Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth may not work on W10 because there may only be W7 drivers available depending on the model Wi-Fi adapter your notebook comes with.
