I think your notebook does have two antennas, but I can pretty much guarantee you that if it only has one, the wifi performance will be very poor with only one antenna.
That's if the card picks up a signal at all.
Or the bluetooth won't have a signal. Something will not be good.

I don't dis-agree.
But for tranmission I always believe in a 'tuned' aerial.
Quick look up... 2.4 GHz is 125 millimetre, and 5.0 GHz is 60 millimetre wave lengths.
So it can matter.
But I frequently get enough egg on face to be permanently wearing an omelette.
