Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9Y1AV)

Need help on how to fix an issue I have. When I am in the city and using the fibre network I can login easily on www.ssa.gov. Now once I outside the city and using non fiber connection, actually its coaxial cable, I am getting this adapter issue.  The speed test show an download of over 100mbps and upload of over 51 mbps. The adapter I have is MediaTek MT7921 Wi-Fi 6 802.11ax PCIe with version 3.0.1.1303 dated 5/31/2023. I need some suggestion on how to fix this issue.

They are TWO different Networks, one could be mucc faster.  Your MediaTek MT7921 Wi-Fi 6 802.11ax adapter works as designed
