HP Laptop PC 14-d2000 (2D126AV)

When I go to wifi to connect to my network it does not show up I have even changed location and tired to connect to a different network but it only shows some random locked networks. It is not a problem with the wifi because all other devices are using it perfectly fine but my laptop just can’t find any new connections

@Ems03

What is your HP Laptop PC 14-d2000 (2D126AV) ? Your machine may only have a wifi adapter which supports 2.4GHz. Please allow your router to broadcast dual bands, your machine should see 2.4GHz SSID and allow you to connect.

Hope this helps
