Your notebook is probably missing the Wi-Fi driver.

 

See this link for how to set up W11 without an internet connection.

 

Skip to step 18, since you have already installed W11.

 

How to bypass internet connection to install Windows 11 - Pureinfotech

 

After you have done that, you can install the Wi-Fi driver.

Another way is to reinstall the OS using a Hp cloud Recovery Tool which will have Windows latest version along with all the necessary drivers in it

That assumes the notebook came with W11 from HP.

 

Many notebooks come with FreeDOS, where the owner installs their own operating system.

 

The cloud recovery tool is not supported for notebooks with FreeDOS.

Hi, You must be getting this issue if the Wi-Fi adapter is disabled. You can turn it off or on as per your preference.

If you're looking for a shortcut then you can directly press Win + R to open the dialog box.
