Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please use the following Guide:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1736500-1626554-16
Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.
Regards.

Hi, I had the same issue. After several hours of trying to connect my Envy 6032 using the HP Smart app on my phone and my laptop (and lots of swearing!), I went old school and plugged my printer in by my wifi box, and connected them using the WPS button on my router (a BT Smart Hub 2). It connected immediately!
Step by step instructions:
1) turn on your printer and once it has stopped whirring, press & hold the wireless setup button on the back for 3 seconds. The light at the front should change to a moving purple light, which indicates it's in set up mode.
2) on your wifi router, press and hold the WPS button for 3 seconds. Your printer will beep and the light will change to static blue, indicating that it has connected. Allow a couple of minutes for this to happen.
3) once connected, I was able to unplug my printer, move it back to it's usual location, plug it back in and it was still connected.
Hope this helps 🙂
