I have a hp Pavilion laptop model # 15-eg1073d.  I have had issues with connectivity for the whole year that I have owned it.  It is hard to connect with WiFi and there is no plug receptacle to connect by wire.  Often when I start up the laptop it is disconnected.  To connect I have to do a power cycle, update wireless driver, restart, or reset router. Sometimes all of these together still do not allow connection.  Wifi signal strength looks excellent.  I can connect to wifi with my phone and an older hp laptop no problem. Also fairly often, sometimes multiple times a day the laptop loses its wifi connection while the laptop is on especially if I walk away for a bit and leave it alone.  It doesn't usually lose connection when I am doing something online.

I have spent at least 9 hours over the year dealing with this issue and now none of the solutions are working.  I'm about ready to return this laptop to Costco and get a Macbook.MacBook.

Is anyone else having this issue with their hp Pavilion?

This is so frustrating and getting in the way of my business work.  I need a laptop that connects to the wifi easily and stays connected.
