Product: HP Elitebook 840 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear All,

 

I have a HP Elitebook 840 G3 laptop, few days back I got 2 issues as below:

 

1. a popup displayed each and every time when windosws start and 

2. There are 1 HDD and 1 SSD, HDD is not visible 

 

I have tried lot of thing as suggested in forums but not succeeded then I have decided to do format laptop and I have formatted it and then showing wifi devices is not found and bluetooth is also not found and HDD is still not visible.

 

I am really disappointed, please help me to out from these issues. Currently I am in rural area so can't go to support.
