Solved!

Wifi disabled by device manager

Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I installed hp wireless assistant to switch on my wifi. It says device manager has disabled my laptop's wifi.

But there's no option in the device manager to enable it(I tried to enable it after seeing a youtube video, did not work).

My laptop has windows ultimate 64-bit.

The devices under "other devices"  read :- "the driver for this device are not installed"

This includes:-

SM bus controller

when I tried to update them  it says wndows could not find the driver software for your device

Thanks for Help
