Hi @Mai4
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you. Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Install updates using HP Support Assistant
- In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
- Check for updates.
- If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.
Go to Device manager > select the WIFI drivers under network adapter> Right click go to properties > Under properties go to Power Management Tab> Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
Use the Network and Internet Troubleshooter (Windows 10)
The Network and Internet Troubleshooter tests the network for problems and attempts automatic repairs for any issues found.
- Right-click the wireless connection icon in the notification area, then select Troubleshoot problems. The Windows Network Diagnostic window opens and the troubleshooting process begins.

Restart the PC
-
Restart the computer with the wireless issue.
-
Also, restart the wireless router.
-
After the computer has restarted, try connecting to the Internet again.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
